I brought my wife’s Toyota Camry to this dealership for 120k major service. The service advisor I worked with, Dominador Galleto, was great! This helped bring the price down, which was appreciated. He also was nice enough to arrange Lyft rides. And finally, he was able to have technicians work on the vehicle so it took about 4.5 hours vs the 6 hours I was initially quoted. This dealership is not that close to where we live but we continually come to it because of the quality service center and service advisors. More
Was very disappointed with my last service. The service advisor tried to up sell me services I didn’t need so we got off to a bad start. Dishonest (Service department only) BEWARE shady business practices. My review is for the service department only. I called Toyota Livermore directly to schedule our 2017 Toyota Sien BEWARE shady business practices. My review is for the service department only. I called Toyota Livermore directly to schedule our 2017 Toyota Sienna for its 30k maintenance service and spoke with their on site scheduling staff. During this call, I asked for the estimated cost of the 30k service and was told it would be $330.45. So we moved forward with scheduling the service. Fast forward to maintenance day. Our service agent was named Jonathan. Just before the car is pulled in for service we were told that maintenance is going to cost over $1000.00. Shocked by this news, I asked if they found something wrong with our vehicle. Jonathan said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that $1000+ is the price they typically charge. I told Jonathan that I spoke to their service agents directly and was told a different price point. Jonathan went on to tell me that the information I received from the agent was false and he discredited the scheduling agents saying that they are located in Roseville and have no concept of what a 30k maintenance costs. He then suggested we proceed with a payment plan and offered me a 10 percent discount if I moved forward with service. I asked Jonathan if I could find a cheaper rate for a 30k service at another Toyota dealer. Jonathan said no, absolutely not. They all charge over 1000k for the service. We ended up pulling the car out and decided to explore our options. Thank god we did! After we left, I immediately called Dublin Toyota and asked how much they charge for 30k service. I spoke with the head of the service department and he told me that service costs $330.45. I told him how Toyota Livermore tried to charge me over $1000k. He then went on to inform me that there are three separate service plans available at Toyota, the cheapest being $330 and the most expensive being over $1000k. He then went on to say that Toyota Livermore has no right to charge me for the most expensive service and that I should have the option to choose whichever service I want to proceed with. I appreciated the honesty of Dublin Toyota’s service department. If I decide to do any maintenance with Toyota in the future it will be with Dublin. In the meantime, I spoke with a few reputable car mechanics and they all suggested we go to Oil Changers. We will take our tires to get rotated elsewhere as well. I will never take my car to Toyota Livermore for service and I advise anyone else not to as well. More
My last two visits for my car services has been with Dan and Kyle both experiences has been great and helpful service visits! Each visit they listened to my issues of what was going on with my car, took do and Kyle both experiences has been great and helpful service visits! Each visit they listened to my issues of what was going on with my car, took down the notes, checked in with the technician to see their findings and got to the bottom line and had my issue corrected all explaining to me in a timely manner. I never received a call from him. I called several times and left messages. No return callback. I finally showed back up with my husband and Rick said my car wasn’t done! I couldn’t believe it! I asked him why he didn’t return my calls and kept blaming other people... I said to him but YOU are my advisor! That is YOUR JOB. He kept making more and more excuses. ‘They” will be lucky if I ever come back. I certainly won’t recommend any of my family or friends to see him. More

The only problem I had was before the latest time with another service adviser (Chris Terlaje) who I never saw before. His customer service skill was zero and he told me to go fetch my car and I had to wander around for ten minutes. I am not sure they spoke to him, when I left a complaint on the service manager's line. So I would stay away from Chris at all cost. The rest of the gang is helpful and recommended!! More
