first of all,just so people reading this know that this is no B.S..My name is Jessie Snyder and im a 43 year old man. Now... recently i was ran off the road and wrecked my 04 dodge 3500 into a tree. i cont is no B.S..My name is Jessie Snyder and im a 43 year old man. Now... recently i was ran off the road and wrecked my 04 dodge 3500 into a tree. i contacted callahan at LSA in humble on 1960 and discused my credit,down payment,monthly payment and type of truck i wanted.i informed him that i would be driving a long ways to get there so i wanted to be sure that they could get me in a vehicle.He informed me that they could get me in the vehicle with no problem. he then told me to keep my payment where i wanted it that i would need to pick a vehicle at around $15,000. I told him that i have not got my insurance check and i wanted to wait till i had cash in hand so i could drive one home.He then told me that it was not a problem,they could take a personal check and hold it for 7 to 10 days untill i got the insurance money and i could go ahead and take the truck home.Well,guess again!i got there and none of the trucks i wanted was possable becouse of numbers.even though the price was below $15,000.spent all day there with my wife,in the rain(and i do mean ALL day).they finally convinced me to take a truck that wasnt even what i wanted by telling me that it was the only one they could work out for me.eventhough one of the trucks i wanted was only $100 more than the one they was pushing for me to buy.So now, the down payment jumped from $4000 to $6000 and the payment jumped from $300 to almost $400 did all the papper work, got aproved,they brought the truck around ready for me to drive it home,then at the last minute the manager says he cant hold a check for 7 days that it had to be cash,but for $100 cash he would pull the truck off the line. Dont get me wrong,they were all very friendly and seem to be doing all they could to help but they are not on the same page.the right hand dont know what the left hand is doing.not to mention all the crap they were talking about a young lady and her brother that she brought with her to check over the vehicle she wanted.they thought that just becouse they was from Trinity that they were trash.(there words not mine) ....and i hope you read this,you was looking at a black mustang,then a grey one then you left with nothing.. I was promised that they could and would get me in a truck and after spending 8+ hours there i left in the passenger seat of my wifes car..I WAS NOT HAPPY..but the little mexican cafe down the road does have awsome fajetas and margaritas..I would NOT recamend this dealer to my worst enemy. I flew in a few days later, and Josh personally picked me up from the airport--Wow I was impressed by his hospitality! When I got to the dealership I was blown away by the professionalism and quality of the cars they had in inventory. When I saw the BMW, it was cleaner that I thought it would be, we can just say I was very pleased. I do purchase a lot of items over the internet (eBay, Amazon, etc) but this would be my biggest purchase, so I was thankful that when I arrived the car was in better condition than I even expected. I drove the car all the way back to Florida with no problems at all. Thanks again Josh for making this a great experience, I would recommend Loan Star Motors to any of my friends and family looking for a good quality vehicle at a GREAT price. I called the dealership and set up a time to come look at the vehicle. My salesman was Josh, I was very surprised at how clean and organized the dealership was. The employees were extremely friendly and attentive. The vehicle was everything I wanted and more. I usually dread the car buying process, but John made the financing simple and fast.
