Swindled into buying ext warranty and gap, but advised by FORD motor company to cancel within 30/days for full refund. Sales manager m*rk said it had to be over 30 days, then got him to say he canceled it when I spoke to FORD. 3 months later, bank says no check sent. Call in and it wasn't cancelled. I get screwed again out of $500 or so dollars due to it getting prorated. These scam artists ask for payment u want, what trade in amount u want, before telling u price of car that's been on lot for 3 weeks, like they don't know. They'll keep u in negotiating some xx deal to closing time then rush through the process. Bring your notepad and write down all the xx lies manger mark tells u. From playing golf with owner of xxxxty citizens one bank (lol) , a corporation from Sacramento to how a old man garage kept your trade in only to find rap CDs in it and a 25yr old owned it. This is one scummy dealer that makes ford look real, real bad. Absolute worst experience, vehicle, and financial decision I've ever had. More

Excellent Best Ford is under new management and wow it made a difference. The whole sales staff was super friendly, and not the fake friendly you get when some Best Ford is under new management and wow it made a difference. I went to this "dealership", and the experience was terrible. If you want to get bullied into making a horrible purchase, come to Best Ford in Knox, IN. Dale will take down all of your information on your trade in and run that through his manager (who is an absolute jerk and from what I can tell a total swindler). Once they give you the salvage value for the car, they will work with you to pick a car NOT based on what you need but on whatever will make them the most money. Then when you want to take a look at the workings of the car yourself Jim will refuse to let you, because he knows he is selling you a piece of junk he found at an auto auction for next to nothing. If you want my advice, take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships in NW Indiana and South Bend that are decent, not all, but some. This dealership was bad with Scott Benjamin in charge and it hasn't changed with the new management in charge either. New ownership would benefit them greatly. More

I went to buy a car from these people (for lack of a better word). I needed a co-signer since my credit isn't the greatest. The co-signer agreed, but only if he was just listed as a co-signer. Come to find out they had him as the ONLY buyer and the veichle was put on my insurance. They did not give either of us any paperwork (which we thought was strange). When I called inquiring about the paperwork they said they would call me back and never did. When I found out what happed I spoke with the finance manger. I have never had anyone get me so made in my life. "Quit playin stupid bud" was the only thing he seemed to say. I guess we're going to have to take them to court as they refuse to fix this. They keep saying it is too late because the paperwork has gone through but the finance company has no record of it. More
