While travelling from South Bend, IN to Indianapolis, IN for business, the left turn signal on my F150 began blinking erratically. Just north of Plymouth, IN I noticed a Ford dealership sign, so I stopped at the dealership and met with Mike Friar, a service advisor. He said he thought the issue was a burned out tail light bulb and had me pull into the service area. Mike and a mechanic removed the tail light assembly, which took about 15 minutes, and replaced the bulb which remedied the issue. When I asked how much I owed, Mike said he was happy to help me and there was no charge. As I drove away from the dealership, I thought about all of the doom and gloom we're subjected to through media and social outlets, and I realized we are surrounded by wonderful people like Mike and the mechanic. Oliver Ford is truly blessed to have employees like Mike and his mechanic.

I have gotten great service from this dealership. This is the first time I have brought my Jeep Gladiator in for service at Fieldhouse CDJR. Service writer Matt Peo was able to pull up everything maintenance wise related to my Jeep and all Warranty items available from my original purchase. Complete inspection and tire rotation done at a reasonable price. Due to the friendly atmosphere I choose Fieldhouse and Matt Peo to insure proper maintenance. I would rate them 10 out of 5 stars. I was recently in the market for a used car but thought I'd take a look at the new Broncos on a whim. First of all, I was treated courteously and promptly by Chris, who did not make the mistake of looking for my husband before waiting on me. We shopped for my low mileage 2025 Bronco, which I ended up buying. Chris explained all the bells and whistles to me on the test drive. He also showed me some other used Broncos at my request. I highly recommend Webb Ford as a Ford dealer. There wasn't any high-pressure, pushy salesmanship. Just a friendly, helpful salesman answering questions and giving tips.

My 2022 Ford Raptor purchase with Dan Bard at Smith Ford of Lowell was an exceptional experience! Dan is a very straightforward, honest, and up front guy and I have only great things to say about him and this dealership. The buying experience was top notch, Dan was very patient with me coming from out of town, the pricing and selection was far better than everyone else nearby, and the entire process was seamless. Dan even had appreciation for the great condition of a ten year old truck I traded in and the trade in value I was given was significantly higher than three other dealerships I had spoken to recently. I can't emphasize how refreshing it was to deal with a dealership that didn't play games or hide anything. Dan is a great guy and called this morning, a couple months after purchase now, to check in and see how the truck was working out and how we were doing. Title affidavits and processing paperwork arrived in my mailbox just a few days after purchase as well. This small town dealership still has the customer service many of us have known but watched fade away elsewhere. Thanks again Dan and everyone else at Smith Ford who handled this transaction. You're all great and highly recommended!

Let me start by saying that I don’t typically like anything about buying a car, but Kerlin Motor Company has changed my mind about that. I can’t say enough good things about Curt and Aimee at Kerlin. I found the Explorer that I was interested in online. I would have to travel over 80 miles to get to Kerlin so I had a lot of questions. Aimee, my sales person, continued answering my questions even after the dealership closed. She also sent me a video and extra pictures to help me decide. Once I made it to the dealership, I purchased my new car, traded my old car and was in and out in an hour and a half (and that included the test drive)! Curt, the business manager, is a straight shooter who gave me a more than fair amount for my trade and got a great rate for me from the bank. I highly recommend Kerlin Motor Company and would definitely make the trip again for my next vehicle.

I bought an F-150 from Sieman’s Ford in 2018. A good truck but recently the wipers would not stop going even if turned off. It turned out to be an electronic part, and Siemans replaced it. All competent but here is the praise. John in Siemans service department was diligent in helping get the repair claim accepted by Zurich insurance on the extended warranty I bought through Siemans. He called them several times after they initially stalled the claim. I appreciated his going to bat on behalf of me, a Siemans customer. I also appreciated his overall professionalism in handling the servicing of my truck. Hooray for Siemans Ford truck service!

Poor Customer Service - Joe Peru

I dont know about their sales, but I would stay away from their service department. Took my minivan in for new brakes, tires, and shocks. All most all of the parts were incorrectly replaced. The wrong tires were changed and the shocks were never installed. I took it back to the dealership and it ended up taking over a month to get it straightened out and I still ended up replacing tires that did not need to be replaced out of pocket.
