I thought the deal was good, until i tried to start the auto the next day it wouldn’t start. Put a charger on it finally started drove it to work after work it wouldn’t start. Searching for a new to me vehicle, Lockhart Cadillac had what I was looking for, however, I could not get there in time that specific day. They allowed my husband to bring the vehicle home on a test drive what I was looking for, however, I could not get there in time that specific day. They allowed my husband to bring the vehicle home on a test drive for the night. We made an appointment the next day with our sales consultant, Bradley. As a Cadillac dealership I think the service, the selection, and the overall experience should be so much better than it is. I always schedule my oil changes yet they take HOURS! There are never lo selection, and the overall experience should be so much better than it is. I always schedule my oil changes yet they take HOURS! There are never loaner cars available either. My brakes have squeaked since my vehicle was about 5 months old. I’ve had it serviced by them several times and they never fix the issue. I was told “that’s just how they are.” It’s embarrassing constantly being the squeaky car everywhere I go…especially since I’m driving a 1 year old Cadillac! I bought it new off of the Lockhart lot.
