The service at the Greenwood location is very good. I have always been very satisfied with any kind of service they have performed. The only improvement I think they need is to coordinate my warranties I have always been very satisfied with any kind of service they have performed. Then I have to go into my glovebox and get my bill of sale from this dealer to show the warranty I paid for. This should be in the computer, after all I bought from this dealership. More

Lockhart Cadillac Greenwood Service has really stepped up their game. I took my Son's car in and signed up for the Lockhart Unlimited Service plan (which is THE best service plan out there) and had his Kia's their game. I took my Son's car in and signed up for the Lockhart Unlimited Service plan (which is THE best service plan out there) and had his Kia's oil changed. Abi Davidson greeted us and wrote up our vehicle. We left the vehicle and did a couple arends. We received several texts along the way letting us know the progress. We were informed of other items which will need to be addressed in the future. When the vehicle was ready, we went to pick it up and Abi once again greeted us which a smile and caring attitude.
