I have owned a Cateria that I bought from another dealer that promised to service it but when it came time to do so I had to come to Lockhart. They were very friendly, helpful and considerate. Everyone was very nice and helpful, had my car done in just a few hours, I even had a loaner Cadillac. When I returned to pick up my car, Doug in service even transferred the two (big) bags of bird seed just a few hours, I even had a loaner Cadillac. When I returned to pick up my car, Doug in service even transferred the two (big) bags of bird seed to my car for me, I didn’t even ask him to do that, but very much appreciated his kindness! Trevor, my sales/finance guys, came out to the service department to check in on how things were going for me with my car, I had just purchased it in December on 2022! Great job Lockhart!! More

Their finance managers are not to be trusted. They upsold me on extended coverages such as paintless dent repair but the company it goes through refuses to cover anything they sold to me. I paid hundreds of dollars to be completely screwed over thanks to Wesley's sales tactics of it covers everything no matter the cause - you bring it in and it will be fixed promptly. Complete lies. DO NOT TRUST THEM. More
