When the car I have had for 15 years was finally totaled beyond repair I began searching for the "perfect" new-to-me car. Wes the sales rep who assisted me in making my purchase was very patient with me as I wavered back and forth about spending the money to buy this car. Wes acknowledged that buying a car is a big decision and he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the purchasing experience as well as the purchase. Other dealerships treated me as though I was making too much of this rather big decision, as if buying a car is something that I do every day, even though it's been 15 years since I bought a car! When I finally did make the drive out to Loganville in my rental car, it was an easy and painless decision to purchase the perfect car. The financing department managed to get me a better rate than my pre-approved rate. And Wes even arranged dropping off the rental car with the rental company and helped me return it to the company, taking more than an hour of his time to help me finalize all of the details necessary to drive away in my new car.
