I traded in my F350 that I bought from this dealership 10 years ago. I was very impressed with the knowledge that Richard had of the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Never once did I feel pressured, and I actually left the dealership and went home only to return 4 hours later to make the purchase. The staff made sure I was taken care of.
