Horrible customer service. Salesman and management completely mislead me after pressuring me multiple times to come in and sell my truck to the dealership. I was given a price to sell my 2022 Ford F-250 in writing that was not honored. I even made sure everything was locked in before coming because I live out of town. Upon arrival the salesman Curtis Tisdale ended up offering me nearly $4,000 less than was promised. Wasted my time on multiple phone calls, texts, wasted hours of time traveled, wasted money on gas and energy. I recommend that you do business with a reputable dealership that stands by their word instead of lying to customers with givng a low-ball offer such oas this, and yes I left the dealership with my truck. If you want a decent offer on the sell of your truck go straight to CarMax. Even after I reached out to the salesman Curtis Tisdale and Management to express my disatisfaction with the way I was treated they completely ignored me at first but then later responded to my text saying that I was trying to "throw mud". The worst service department I have ever seen. My truck has knots all over the 2 front Nitto tires at 28k miles.
