Every time I walk into this Kia location I feel welcomed. I am greeted with hellos, good morning or good afternoon, I am asked if I want water or a snack, & I am always asked how may I help you . Came in with a battery that had been jumped to get me to the dealer to get a replacement. My car was taken in after a very short wait, within 30-45 minutes I was back on the road and able to keep a Schedul the dealer to get a replacement.
