Problem not fix. I had an appt. for a normal oil change. I asked the service guy to check an USB outlet as it sparked when using the night before and stoped working. He told me no problem it will not be any charge under warranty. My SUV has two ports and the driver side is the one with the problem. After been checked by a technician I was told my charger was bad and needed replacement but anyways they replaced the fuse. When picking up my SUV I was told the total charge was $99 but after discounts all I need it to pay was $69. For what? I was told from the beginning that there was no charge and then you want it me to pay $69. I didn't pay anything after all, okay, but as soon as I left I went and purchased a new charger and the USB port still not working even after a fuse was supposely replaced. At the end problem was not fix. Ummm... it makes me wonder if I can trust you at all as every time I take my SUV for service something goes wrong. I am not confident if all service was complete it including checking all fluids as I told the service guy I drive for Uber and need to make sure everything is okay. More
