Service personnel are always professional and accommodating, five out of five stars. The actual services performed, however (least in my experience over the two most recent visits) has been sub-p accommodating, five out of five stars. The actual services performed, however (least in my experience over the two most recent visits) has been sub-par. Both visits were for minor but very important, warranty-covered issues, and both were only partially corrected. It is a huge inconvenience to my work schedule to make these appointments, so I hesitate to follow up with additional service. More
