Lokey Kia - Service Center

Terrible service, waited 3 hours and 30 minutes for an oil change when I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance. I left and they never called me saying that my car was ready in addition I asked them to r oil change when I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance. I left and they never called me saying that my car was ready in addition I asked them to rotate my tires and check the air conditioning filter they only changed the oil in the car. They never asked me which oil I wanted in the car or gave me a quote before doing the service. Very disappointed More

Upon arriving workers at desk seemed uninterested in checking me in for my appointment. They were so busy playing on their phones. Took over 30 min. To get my tail light replaced.
