Terrible, broke multiple things, each time I came back to get fixed they broke something else qnd I just totalled the car and none of my airbags went off 4ight after they touched my dash to replace the vents get fixed they broke something else qnd I just totalled the car and none of my airbags went off 4ight after they touched my dash to replace the vents they broke. I would never use these people ever again! The worst service I’ve had in my entire new car owning life! And I have bought at least a dozen new cars in my life. I had an appointment and waited over 30 minutes just to talk to a service advisor. Again steer clear find another Kia dealership I love the car hate the dealer! More
Juan Aviles did an outstanding job and took care of everything that I brought up. I told him that my tail light on my 2022 Kia K5 was leaking and there was discolored paint spots. I fully expected to b everything that I brought up. I told him that my tail light on my 2022 Kia K5 was leaking and there was discolored paint spots. I fully expected to be told that nothing was wrong and that it wasn’t their fault. I told him that you could clearly see the issues when you washed the vehicle. He then after my oil changed had the vehicle washed to take a look. Most would have blown this off. He came back and said that it was in fact an issue and scheduled a date with a rental car for me while it was in shop. Outstanding!!! More
