Everyone was very professional. I was there twice this week. They needed to order a part for my window . Several employees did not wear face masks. The waiting area was not routinely cleaned . I’ve purchased numerous vehicles from Lokey but over the years, the service experience has severely degraded to the point where my business has been lost going forward. After taking my vehicle to Lokey (3) years, the service experience has severely degraded to the point where my business has been lost going forward. After taking my vehicle to Lokey (3) times for the same issue(s) both prior to, and DURING the pandemic, I was met with the same symptoms I was experiencing prior to each service, a terrible experience with a customer service rep who advised I’d have a call from the service manager after all these issues, AND no follow up whatsoever. After taking my vehicle to another Kia location, my extended warranty provider even had to send out a representative to validate all these issues since they had prior records of Lokey RESOLVING said issue(s). Finally, after 4 separate service visits for the same issue(s), I hope to have a functional and safe vehicle once again, little thanks to Lokey as a result. Sad to have had 1) this many issues with a certified preowned vehicle and 2) as a return customer to have been ‘taken care of’ so poorly in response. More

I'm a little unsatisfied and I don't like the level of customer service I received. I get like the service paid for was not completed.
