Lokey Kia - Service Center

Did not rotate tires which I requested and I've already paid for also asked to have the fuel injection system cleaned and had to haven't go back and do it instead of spending an hour and a half in there it paid for also asked to have the fuel injection system cleaned and had to haven't go back and do it instead of spending an hour and a half in there it was two and a half hours great service isn't it More

Right now I’m displeased with the service depot. Chelsea told me they did inspection. No paper for proof of it. Boe the service manager said he was going to talk to his man seeing as paper not finished snd told me they did inspection. No paper for proof of it. The customer service at Loki Kia was amazing. There service was fast and friendly. They have a full snack bar to include water, coffee, and TV to hold you over as you wait for your car to be serviced. service was fast and friendly. Just make sure you know when you may have changed your wiper blades and or your filters on your vehicle. Like every other business at times it feels like you might be getting an upsell for things you might not need. I was recommending to change my wiper blades that I had just changed a month prior and my engine and cabon filter that I changed four months prior. They where not pushy it was just a recommendation. Over all I was very satisfied they even provided me with a free oil change this time around. More
