They had communicated between departments ahead of my service visit(maybe reception to service?), so there were no surprises for anyone when I arrived. They corrected a problem that their service departm service visit(maybe reception to service?), so there were no surprises for anyone when I arrived. They corrected a problem that their service department had previously created with a steering wheel repair. Everything was professional and courteous in the service department. Reception was a little rushed in contrast. I can’t say unprofessional but it was hurried. One other thing that I appreciated was that they called me twice to remind me about scheduling an overdue oil change, and those messages were professional and courteous. The only reason I returned to Lokey for the oil change after experiencing the improper steering wheel repair was due to that courtesy. It was to give them another chance to do better, and they definitely did. The service area and parking areas are quite tight, I hope that those things can be upgraded eventually for the comfort of the employees. They are sandwiched in like lemmings! More

We have leased our last 6 vehicles from Lokey Kia. Sales staff is professional and honest. Service Department is on point. I’ve never had a concern after my vehicle has been serviced.
