The tire pressure light was on when I got there. I was assured that the tires would be checked and filled. When I left, the warning light was still on. When you’re waiting on car repairs it’s important to keep communication going. Knowing I needed an additional part and not knowing that it wasn’t available at the dealership I was led to believe my car would communication going. Knowing I needed an additional part and not knowing that it wasn’t available at the dealership I was led to believe my car would be available over the weekend only to Find out that the parts didn’t even arrive until Monday communication is the key fold. My technician Dave took a couple days off and not one other person could figure out what was going on with my car. So I don’t know if I’m mad that Dave finally took a day off or your lack of training educate other technicians on how to communicate when somebody is out for a few days. It’s impossible to read the quality of work as I just had the repair done I’ll keep you posted. More
