Everyone I dealt with was friendly and accommodating. I took my car in for its free oil change but it was also due for its 15000 mile service. Rather than just do that service which would have been over $3 took my car in for its free oil change but it was also due for its 15000 mile service. Rather than just do that service which would have been over $300 they did an inspection and found I only needed new wiper blades and an alignment (which I expected) More

My car was misdiagnosed in October and cost me almost 500 for a service that was unnecessary considering I brought my car back to the dealership recently only to find out that I need a new engine. Apparently the tech should have diagnosed this in October . I was offered a new engine for $8000 on a car that’s only worth about $3000. This is my 1st time owning a Kia and it will definitely be my last. Too many issues I have lost track. More
