It took 2 hours to get an oil change done, and I also needed a key fob replacement but they said they didn’t have it in stock even though I called them ahead of time to make sure it was in stock. They told me I should call ahead next time, as if I didn’t do that. This is very inconvenient for me because I don’t have the time do come all the way to the dealership often. The service was done in a timely manner. it rained that day and water was felt leaking over my foot rest. There was no leak before the service. The service at this place is bad. Charge to much and take to much time, to do simple repairs. I never saw Dave and had asked to speak to him several times. Chris in Service was amazing. Even though the schedule was full he got me in to correct a problem with my tire that had been replaced the day before.. As I was driving away with my car he noticed my left was full he got me in to correct a problem with my tire that had been replaced the day before.. As I was driving away with my car he noticed my left brake light wasn’t working so he flagged me over to bring the car back in and had a new bulb installed and I was on my way in a few minutes. I was disappointed that many employees were not wearing masks, or wearing them improperly — hung under their chins, off an ear, computer update.
