Service to add accessories purchased w/ new Sorento At the very last minute prior to purchasing a new 2020 Sorento, I requested that a Homelink Mirror w/ Compass be installed. Lokey Kia originally arra At the very last minute prior to purchasing a new 2020 Sorento, I requested that a Homelink Mirror w/ Compass be installed. Lokey Kia originally arranged for a subcontractor to come to my house to install the mirror, which would have also included the programming of the garage and gate functionality, but the wrong mirror was delivered to the subcontractor (although their work was excellent.) I had a small seatbelt clip that also needed to be repaired in the Lokey Service department, as well as a few minor post sale details to wrap up, so Wolf Otto (my salesperson) arranged at my request to install the correct mirror during the same visit that the other small details were addressed. This saved me from having to have two appointments instead of one, although I then had to program the garage and gate buttons myself when I got home (which was a piece of cake.) They were extremely easy to deal with, pleasant to talk to, and no problem was too small to not be addressed. (i.e. a crooked Lokey Kia sticker on the back.) The work was completed quickly, and I received a text message from Wolf letting me know that it was ready. (I was at an appointment that prohibited him from calling me in person, which he remembered.) When I went to pick it up it was sitting out front waiting with the A/C on thanks to Wolf. The main reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is that they really, really need more room for dropping off cars in the parking lot!!! More

I have deducted a star because I think you need to really look at your service reception and pick-up "kiosk". It has always been a bit awkward, now it is VERY awkward - sort of Farm Store meets obsolete 1950 gas station. Give your employees AND your customers a break - reconfigure this area. Probably ANY architect could help you make it better. More
