Same bad experience at Lokey Kia Rarely do I have a good experience at Lokey Kia. Even with the free oil change with the purchase of my car 6 years ago, I rarely go there. I would rat Rarely do I have a good experience at Lokey Kia. Even with the free oil change with the purchase of my car 6 years ago, I rarely go there. I would rather pay and have a good, honest experience somewhere else. Anytime I have had a concern it was blown off unless it was an expensive fix. Even then I have found better and less expensive service elsewhere. 3 years ago my brake lights were stuck on. I called Lokey Kia and I was told not a big deal. I felt this wasn't the right answer, so I called another Kia dealer. Not only did I get seen that day but it was a bad sensor that was recalled and could be dangerous. After my recent visit to Lokey Kia (5-20-2020) the airbag sensor was not a big deal to them also. And it is still on. The tire sensor was not on when I arrived and it is stuck on since I picked up my car from them. I noticed this before I left and went immediately back to the service person, and Again to Lokey Kia that's not a big deal either. More
