I recently booked a service appointment for our 2018 Kia Soul and when my wife took the car in she was told some very disappointing news. That we would need to take our car to the dealer that we bought it f Soul and when my wife took the car in she was told some very disappointing news. That we would need to take our car to the dealer that we bought it from because the service and maintenance contract that we paid almost $4000 dollars for when we financed it in 2018 at Friendly Kia in New Port Richey will not be honored at Lokey Kia. That makes no sense? So if you buy a new car in California and pay for a maint. contract then move to Florida a year later that the Florida Factory Authorized Kia dealer will not service your car! I guess we would have to drive it across country to get it serviced where we bought it which is bull crap! And to think that we were thinking of trading the Soul in at Lokey for a new Soul GT line.. I wouldn't dream of giving Lokey our business now More
