Very dissapointed, there is a deadly pandemic. I told dealer I could not drop off car. I was assured there was shuttle service, that was not the case. Had to sit there an hour and half. Purchasing my car was a nightmare. They told me they would get me a specific color 2 times and failed their end of the bargain. They wanted my down payment before I even saw the car or even before it wa would get me a specific color 2 times and failed their end of the bargain. They wanted my down payment before I even saw the car or even before it was on their lot. I recently took it in for service as my front camera is not working. They have claimed it as rodent damage and are charging 1300 to install a 460 part. I understand you want to make money, but making over 800 dollars to install a camera in 1 hour max is absurd. And thats assuming the cost Lokey is charged is the same as mine for the OEM camera. The people I rated I had a great experience with but the service department and the promising of another vehicle has been terrible. More
I was incredibly disappointed with the way NONE of the employees were wearing masks or keeping social distance. It seems extremely reckless. After 2 months of staying away from family, friends and work to keep my husband safe, I couldn’t believe the disregard for customers safety. I have purchase 3 cars here and been a customer for 20 years. No more if I have chance to go elsewhere. I left a message for the manager to call me and he did not do so. More
