Car Breakdown So my car broke down and I had it towed to Lokey Kia on a Sunday. All started out well on Monday afternoon as I was advised about the problem and giv So my car broke down and I had it towed to Lokey Kia on a Sunday. All started out well on Monday afternoon as I was advised about the problem and given a timeline of completion. I asked them to do an oil change, rotate my tires and top of my fluids in the car since I had a scheduled appointment that Saturday coming up, Was advised no problem and it would be done so I cancelled my servicing scheduled for Saturday. I was advised the car would be ready by Tuesday evening as the parts needed to be overnighted. So come Tuesday afternoon I get a call from service advisor telling me that one part did not show up and the car would be ready by Wednesday strike 1 to me. Wednesday came and I received a call that the car part did not come in and car would be ready Thursday and they would call me strike 2 to me. Car was finally ready on Thursday and I went to Lokey to pick up the car and they had not done the rotating of the tires and also did not top of my fluids only the oil change so now I have to go back and get this done strike 3 and not even an apology just a blank stare from the service advisor. Lastly they do not provide a free car wash service anymore fine no problem but they offer a vacuuming of the car in lieu of this guess what - my car was not even close to being vacuumed which it really could have used - no more strikes to give out only true disappoinment and this is the 2nd time in a row I have had issues with a simple request. I only go to Lokey Kia now for my oil change since this is free for the life of the car would not recommend to others as I would have recommended before but my last 2 experiences have ruined my personal image of this dealerships service department More
