Not able to get most work done due warranty expiration Had an oil change, oil light is still on. Needed 2 recalls, only one done - ongoing issue for 3 years. Couldn’t fix window without paying $99 just to diagnose the problem. Not the best experience this time. Other times have been fine but one employee I spoke with was not pleasant. I barely benefited much from the extra money I paid for my warranty. My car has probably be in for an oil change or any work less than 5 times but now that I’m over mileage, I couldn’t get them to put my original tire pressure sensor and valve stem back on, since I was stranded one evening and it was replaced with tps that was not programmable. I took the original with, I already had it, but they wouldn’t replace it without charging me even though they confirmed it still worked. Just feels like I’ve paid a lot of money for the warranty and I certainly have not benefited from it anywhere near the cost. More
