Very Quick Service but Fast service but not happy with the woman who checked me in. She denied that one of my issues was a safety recall and I have the letter from Kia that Fast service but not happy with the woman who checked me in. She denied that one of my issues was a safety recall and I have the letter from Kia that says it is. She told me that the part my Niro needs won't be available until October. When I made the appointment, I was told that the part would be ready for me on that visit after I gave my Kia VIN to the person on the phone. Meanwhile, another Kia catches fire while being driven. No one hurt, thank goodness but I am very nervous still driving my car with this issue not fixed. It wasn't until AFTER my appointment was finished I was told the part is on back-order and not to worry. Sorry, I'm worrying. More
Service is great I wish they fixed the problem rather then having to return and having to pay for service due to a guessing game to figure out what the problem is.
