Came for an oil change I recently came for an oil change, it took me 3 calls to get directed to the correct phone number to set my appt, then 2 hours to get my car in, after I recently came for an oil change, it took me 3 calls to get directed to the correct phone number to set my appt, then 2 hours to get my car in, after I noticed they did a halfway job on the paper work and after comparing my last oil change checklist with my recent one I realized they just hurried thru and put false info on my paper work. I had more brake pad left than last time and more tire tread this time, how does that happen? They just wrote anything in to get it done which worries me about how well they did on the actual work!? But on the bright side the sales dept was amazing and Jeff Slay answered all my questions and helped guide me in the right direction about buying a new car. He was very encouraging and helpful and this alone would make me recomend this dealership for sales, maybe not so much service ! Thank you to the helpful employees. Finally I will say that even tho I was less than satisfies with the service, other than the phone etiquette, no body was rude, everyone was pleasant, just in too much of a hurry to get cars in and out and it showed!! They need to be more efficient! More
Very slow and unmanaged Had recall and after I took in they told me it would take at least 3 hours in addition to oil change. They could have told me that when I set appointment. It took them 3 hours to do a simple oil change then told me machine was not working properly to do the recall. They didn’t call me before I returned after 3 hours every time I bring the car in they are extremely slow. Your organization knows exactly how long it takes to do simple service and requires an appointment. Very poor management. You need to have a good hard look at your service department. And, you are very expensive. More

The Service Tech was very helpfuil - The Breakroom not so.. I have been to the service center 2 times so far and the Reps have always been great. They were professional and prompt. The breakroom is another thing - If you a have an appointment early in the morning you might have better luck getting fresh coffee and a fresh donut. Not so great after the early morning session. I am not sure if the coffee and food are for the customers or the staff. I even saw an employee sneak the last 2 bags of chips from the counter and no one informed to replenish the stock. The popcorn machine looked like there was day old stale popcorn and it was not even full and fresh. I will say that the free WiFi was reliable and worked - That was the only saving grace to a 2 hour wait time. More
