Both of my recent visits took much longer than I was predicted when I arrived for my appointments. My oil change and tire rotation took about 2 hours and it would have been longer if I hadn’t told them predicted when I arrived for my appointments. I know that businesses are often understaffed these days but it is frustrating. The staff and waiting area were very nice. More

Always excellent customer service! I was notified when my car was done with inspection and was told was what needed to be done. I would have given 5 stars but I have a real issue with the wait time for service. Service opens at 7:30, I arrive at 8:00 for an 8:15 appointment for an oil change, but don’t get checked out 9:40. Why do walk ins get priority over people who make an appointment in advance? Happens EVERY time! More
