Jeff told me my tires needed to be replaced and how long it would take to do this and what the cost would be. I was applauded by the price and am still in a state of shock. I was there for four hours in the waiting room and for this my labor costs were $482.42. Shocking to say the least. I bought my car at your dealership and have always had it serviced there but some how I think I need to shop around the next time a major repair is needed. I do feel like Lombard Toyota is changing and not in the best for the customers. I feel it is now being supervised by people who have "deeper pockets" and are out to gouge the customer financially.
