"Came in without an appt and I received service promptly"
Came in without an appt and I received service promptly. I did question why the quote for service was cheaper the last time I was there for the same items that I was told needed service. Josh honored the previous quote.
Everyone was very friendly, said Hello and opened the door for us. We were asked if we wanted anything to drink and to go ahead and browse the showroom or car lot. Our sales person was extremely upbeat and very informative regarding the vehicles offered by Toyota.
"My experience was horrible. You guys didn't wash my car or i"
Your need to do a better job. You guys are dirty as xxxx! Please learn to be men of your words. You didn't wash my car or clean the inside of my car....your left in sitting under the rain and brought it to me with your xxxxing trash in it ashore
I went in for an oil change. After an hour the guy came back and told me I needed $726 of repairs done. I asked what needed to be done and the cost of each individual thing. After going through it I told them I’d come back if I felt they were needed. I then reached out to another mechanic and got a second opinion and he stated that I only needed $4 light bulbs from Walmart for the back taillights and all the other things were totally fine. So to ensure I was getting the correct answer I then went to a 3rd mechanic who said the same thing as the second. While I was there I also witnessed then approaching another client there for a repair and told her she needed $3k worth of repairs and she told them to do it. Seems like a scam or something going on. I understand you are a business and need money and have to meet goals, but “fixing” things on cars that don’t need to be fixed is just petty. #1 reason I hate going to the dealer.
