"Tried to fix things that didn’t need fixing"

I went in for an oil change. After an hour the guy came back and told me I needed $726 of repairs done. I asked what needed to be done and the cost of each individual thing. After going through it I told them I’d come back if I felt they were needed. I then reached out to another mechanic and got a second opinion and he stated that I only needed $4 light bulbs from Walmart for the back taillights and all the other things were totally fine. So to ensure I was getting the correct answer I then went to a 3rd mechanic who said the same thing as the second. While I was there I also witnessed then approaching another client there for a repair and told her she needed $3k worth of repairs and she told them to do it. Seems like a scam or something going on. I understand you are a business and need money and have to meet goals, but “fixing” things on cars that don’t need to be fixed is just petty. #1 reason I hate going to the dealer.
