Don't Honor Internet Pricing Worked with Mike Chamout from Sales and he initially provided me with formal pricing through email on a Corolla XSE that we agreed to. I was scheduled Worked with Mike Chamout from Sales and he initially provided me with formal pricing through email on a Corolla XSE that we agreed to. I was scheduled to come in the following day to purchase the vehicle but it had been sold. Lombard Toyota had the exact model car/trim/options, but different color. I really liked the initial color, but was willing to get a different color from the inventory on their lot. They would not sell me the same vehicle for the same price in a different color on their lot. Instead, they would only honor the prior price if I waited for them to find the same color with the same specs from another "sister" dealer another 2 to 3 business days. Additionally , the vehicle would have to be driven from the other dealership to Lombard Toyota. The price was increased by $2K for a CAR ON THEIR LOT. How does this make sense? Lost a sale today because they wouldn't honor pricing on a car they had on their lot. They are not honest and don't keep their word. More

I'm confused by the service but I like the dealership I took in my car for the 5k miles service ( rotation of tires, checking fluids...etc). Anyways, I picked up my car and I inspected it like I promised I took in my car for the 5k miles service ( rotation of tires, checking fluids...etc). Anyways, I picked up my car and I inspected it like I promised myself to do before I leave the dealership. This is because last time, it was missing a valve cap for the right front wheel. Well, it was still missing the cap and it was the same wheel, I asked about it and all they said was, here is a valve cap, I have another customer. So, I have the thought in my head my tires weren't rotated. No big deal. It only has 5k miles on it and I was by myself at the service bay. I didn't want to be an annoying customer. So I put on my valve cap and I'm driving out of the lot. My dash displays a MAINTENANCE REQUIRED message. I just went back to the service bay and the guy I told, just reset it and said they did the service. This is after work and I just wanted to get home. Next day, I checked my service "receipt" and nothing is marked on it. This is very confusing. I can't wait to get to 10k miles so I can make sure it gets an actual service. My friends made me feel like a walk over for being nice and not complaining. But I have to make sure it is done next time. More
