The service at Lombard Toyota has always been very good. They fixed my tire pressure indicators which resolved the tire problem light and now gives me the pressure for each of my tires again. Hi, so my mother got a car from Lombard Toyota for my 18th birthday. My mom wanted the car to be in her name just in case anything happens but she doesn’t have a license. The dealership said they were ok 18th birthday. My mom wanted the car to be in her name just in case anything happens but she doesn’t have a license. The dealership said they were ok with her not having a license and she put down 1800 for the car. Now mind you, when my mother came home with the car to surprise me I was able to keep the car for almost a week until the dealership called her back saying that they couldn’t find a financier for the car so my mom just wanted to get her money back. They tried whatever way they could to try to keep her money by saying they’ll give us another car it’ll just be slightly older. They cave us a 17 Ford Focus and said everything would be ok that they’ll still look for another financier. Now I know some of you might be thinking why didn’t she just put it in my name if it’s all about a license. My mom didn’t want that car to go in my name and my father didn’t either I’m not sure why but it doesn’t matter. Moving forward, she got a call from them two weeks ago saying they couldn’t find a financier for the car and she’ll have to rerun it Monday and they’ll give her all her money back. My mother went to return the car last week Monday and when she arrived at the dealership they said the the GM Manager was not there to sign off on her check so they could give her the money. They told us to call the Wednesday. When she called them Wednesday all of a sudden the finance manager was on vacation and would be back until Monday (Today) and to call then. When my mother called this morning the Finance manager who’s name is PATRICK KENNEDY said he’d call her back right away. We waited until 2pm and still didn’t receive a call. When my mother called him again he said the the GM manager came to work for an hour and then went home sick. So not only are the lying to us, they’re not trying to give my mother her money back. We tried to call the Lombard police but they said this was a civil matter. How can they just throw our concerns away when these people are hold our money hostage? More
