BELOW AVERAGE for any dealership standard - sales person was somewhat nice. AFTER the sale of the car: -Ivan (sales person) stated that the car would be DETAILED but car was still dirty. -The WHEELS was somewhat nice. AFTER the sale of the car: -Ivan (sales person) stated that the car would be DETAILED but car was still dirty. -The WHEELS WERE FILTHY. Ivan stated all cars have brake dust. -At least 5 yellow POLLEN SPOTS still on the car. -There was glitter still on the seats, pearl bracelet on the floor, and even a SPIDER EGG in the door jam that was a funny observation I mentioned to Ivan before I test drove the car. -Front grill had stained water spots. -Windshield and rear had stained water spots (took a few washes to get that mostly removed). -Forgot to provide copy of carfax as promised. -Key fobs needed new batteries (not a big deal - I changed them myself). -Engine AIR FILTER WAS FILTHY so I had to change it - looks like it was never changed. Other: -Ivan (sales rep) promised to correct paint on the front and rear bumper. Never followed up with a date to come back after multiple calls and texts. Not a big deal, but seems odd to leave me hanging. -Ivan started working with another customer during the end of my deal, making me wait longer and no explanation. -He brought my girlfriend and I waters before the test drive, which was nice. Overall, I'm happy with the car after I cleaned it myself. I'm pretty easy going (also an enthusiast with 2 other BMWs), but I think BMW corporate would be embarrassed by this dealership. More

The only thing I’m gonna say is when you buy a car do not engage in conversation with the finance manager and look at every line when you buy your car before signing the papers. Good dealership but I didn’t feel as appreciated as at other dealerships. For example, I was left to stand outside for a long time while my car was being appraised, wondering what was going on/where my sa other dealerships. For example, I was left to stand outside for a long time while my car was being appraised, wondering what was going on/where my salesman went, whereas I could have been offered a seat inside in the air conditioning. But that said, I had mostly pleasant interactions with the staff, it just wasn’t above and beyond as I have experienced at other dealerships. More
Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew the cars very well! He listened to us and found us the right car.
