I was trying to buy a X1 on 9/22/22 the associate Pik Lee helped me and I was told the windshield of the car I liked was being replaced so he showed me another similar car to the one I liked at the sa Lee helped me and I was told the windshield of the car I liked was being replaced so he showed me another similar car to the one I liked at the same time I asked for an appraisal on my car. Anyway I sent an email to Pik telling him I was coming on Sunday but I could not make it. The sales manager (Michael) called me I left a couple of messages and also sent couple of emails to Pik Lee never heard from both of them. Very disappointed with their customer service. More

I sHowed up to the dealership at my scheduled appt. time for JUST a oil change. A nice man took my car key and told me Mr. Domondon was busy with a customer and I can wait inside until he is done and wi time for JUST a oil change. I waited 30 minutes and then went outside to find Mr. Domondon. He had several car fobs and asked what one was mine. Then he said my 2018 with 22,000.miles warranty expired and he did not have time for my car to be serviced. I has bought 2 BMW’s from this dealership and has pretty good service. This was the worst and will not be back. I also encourage most people to NEVER go to this dealership to buy a very expensive car. Ms. Howell More
