Initially, we dealt with Alan, and he was good, responsive, and worked a deal that we could agree on, I am a very direct person when negotiating with sales guys, and can sometimes come off a bit brash. We finalize the sale with Bishoy and he was awesome, attentive, and answered a lot of our questions and really helped us feel comfortable with our purchase. Gina in the finance department was awesome, direct and very clear, was not your typical up sale focused finance manager. She did a great job. And took care of us.
