Man where to begin, At first I was not happy with the communication with Long Beach BMW, I spoke to multiple online sales rep who kept passing me around and was told that the car I was interested was not communication with Long Beach BMW, I spoke to multiple online sales rep who kept passing me around and was told that the car I was interested was not yet available and that a sales manager would call me back. After 2 days of waiting and no call back, I tried one more time and was transferred over to Andy El Reda and man this guy turned that bad first impression and made my dream car purchase Amazing. This man went above and beyond, from initially taking complete control over our first call and being so dedicated and answering all the questions I had. I had to travel for the weekend and was afraid the M4cs, my dream car would get sold before I got back. Andy assured me he will hold it for me and the car will be waiting when I got back. We had an appointment this past Monday as soon as I landed back in LA but I ended up missing my flight and had to reschedule the next day. Andy was off that day but made sure to meet me so we can get it done. The dedication this man shows to his customers and his job makes it worth shopping for cars with BMW. Sam the finance manager was also great and made that process easy. Great experience overall with BMW Long Beach, and best believe my next dream car will be purchased from this dealership again.
