DO NOT BUY FROM LONG BEACH BMW! I bought a 2019 Mini from Long Beach BMW last week. When going over the charges there were two charges I questioned: 1) theft insurance 2) paint pr I bought a 2019 Mini from Long Beach BMW last week. When going over the charges there were two charges I questioned: 1) theft insurance 2) paint protection. I said I did NOT want these and was told "all cars get these and it was not an option." ($1259 for both) At closing they were having me sign papers quickly and on the very last page they wanted me to initial the two unwanted charges. The charges said "optional" by these. I questioned them and they said, "it's California law that it be written that way." I should have walked out then, but I was stuck, my wife wanted the car and she had already left, they had my $5000 down payment and the dealership was closing for the night. I reluctantly initialed and took the car. I went back the next day and met with the manager. I told him what happened; he was sympathetic, but said the best he could do was refund the theft insurance $259. I would NEVER recommend Long Beach BMW! More

I purchased a BMW 7 Series from Internet Manager Tony Nguyen at Long Beach BMW. Very helpful gentleman. I started my search since Dec of 2022 and started talking to Tony Nguyen and his Sales Manager Jaso Nguyen at Long Beach BMW. Very helpful gentleman. I started my search since Dec of 2022 and started talking to Tony Nguyen and his Sales Manager Jason Serot since February of 2023. I did visit the location couple of times prior to purchase the vehicle of my choice . Through out the search process of my choice Tony have been very helpful texting me back and forth in regards to the new inventory that he has and lease returns. I was very picky of my choice and the price I want to pay for it during this challenging economic conditions. Tony was understanding and helpful of looking for the vehicle of my choice . The day of the purchase of the vehicle Tony was at work early in the morning making arrangements for a speedy process . Communicating with his Manager Jason and getting it ready for my wife and I to take it for a test drive . I also wants to give a special shout out to the young lady in finance Ms Sandy Marcos , Finance Manager was awesome . She explained the process and was efficient. Overall I would say I had a great experience and would recommend all my friends and family to visit Long Beach BMW to purchase their next car of choice .
