In a world with semiconductor shortage, it is hard to be a buyer because many dealerships take advantage of this situation to hike up the price so unreasonably. Not at this Long Beach BMW! Their price was the most competitive I could find. Their sales staff worked hard to accommodate me with my needs. I ordered a brand new M440i with them. It took longer than expected for the car to be delivered but it was because of chip shortage and not really the dealership’s fault. Due to my very busy work schedule, my time was limited during the purchasing process. I was impressed that they got me in and out quickly. Donte from sales worked hard to get me the deal I wanted quickly. Daniel from finance also helped me expedite the paperwork and finance process. Andy from sales who is also a BMW genius has also answered all my questions regarding all the high tech stuff in my very nice M440i even after I drove it home. I want to recognize and thank all three of them as well as everyone else at the dealership for the best experience purchasing a BMW. Would definitely come back when I’m in the market for another BMW!
