I had a great experience at Long Beach BMW. I was great with friendly Service Advisor Scott Z. I told him the issue and he said they'll check it out and it should be under factory warranty. I received a call in he afternoon and said my vehicle is ready and good to go. On top of that I got to drive a 2021 BMW 4 series as a loaner! Nice! But I returned the loaner the next day and got back my BMW and it was in great condition after the service. I'm glad I went to BMW go Long Beach and everyone I encountered from the Parts Dept, Customer Service and Check out! Thank you Scott Z. I'm sure I'll be back to get my routine oil change and maintenance service. More

Very smooth purchase experience. We had advised features we wanted and Pik called as soon as he found one that was very close to what we were looking for.
