I recently leased a BMW i4 M50 from this dealership. After being given the runaround by another dealership, I emailed Long Beach BMW with a clear and specific request of my terms. Shortly thereafter I received a quote in my inbox along with a friendly text from the sales manager, completely meeting my reasonable terms, to which we agreed. Upon arriving at the dealer to finalize the paperwork, we discovered that the specific vehicle I had negotiated on had been in the process of selling to another customer. These things happen from time to time, and the true measure of customer service is how they respond in situations like this. A friendly salesperson approached me, explained the situation, and presented me with alternative vehicles that had more options, offering them at the same price. I selected a car that was at a sister dealer 45 minutes away, and they immediately sent someone to pick up the car. While I waited, I was able to complete my paperwork and then catch March Madness on my phone. The salesperson, Andy, checked in with me on a regular basis until my car arrived. It was washed and cleaned, and then Andy gave me a tour of the car before I drove off. I am so pleased to have done business with Long Beach BMW. They’ve won a long term customer! More
