I know nothing about the inner workings of this vehicle, the salesperson did not explain anything. He did not tell me that there was no warranty, nor that the vehicle was not BMW certified; I did not find the salesperson did not explain anything. I am now convinced that I over paid for this car and not happy about it. Mr Solis could not efficiently relate to me why LB BMW had to run my credit more than once when I made it clear my financing was in place with my credit union. Now I have unnecessary inquiries on my credit. Salesperson disappeared and there was no warm transfer from the sales to financing. Needless to say, I am no longer excited about my purchase More
