I love this place. Nice and clean and very organized. Everybody's very professional. They welcome me with a smile which goes a long way for me. I am extremely puzzled because after my recent service on June 9th at Long Beach BMW when everything was done to my satisfaction - even though it took 3 visits to get the proper adjustment done to my windshi June 9th at Long Beach BMW when everything was done to my satisfaction - even though it took 3 visits to get the proper adjustment done to my windshield wipers, I received several emails over the next few days telling me that I had declined some of the work. They wished to schedule an appointment to have this work done. I did not respond because all the work had been done. Next, i received three phone calls saying that they were from the dealership indicating the same thing - not all the work had been done and I should make an appointment to do the remaining work. This was extremely irritating and if it happens again, I will no longer be a customer of yours. More
