I was unsuccessful in trying to follow the instructions to get things going in order to obtain my smog test. When I came in to talk to Brian I saw Randy walking up, I immediately asked him if he could be of any help with my situation, Of course as usual he pitched right in. He understood my situation and my difficulty trying to solve the problem myself. Ryan took my car for a ride explaining that he knew exactly what he would do for the correction. He returned in about fifteen minutes, hooked up the meter and like magic my woes were cured. Thanks, Randy AGAIN, for your help More

Sunny stayed a bit later to make sure she met me before heading out. Reza was a pleasure to talk to and deal with. We finished the deal around 10pm an hour after they closed and that is not because they stalled me but because Reza gave me all the time I needed to make my decision! No pressure just smiles and accomodations the whole time! I wasn’t feeling the deal at first but Reza made it work and and made every single minute of my time worthwhile. I came in with my family. Wife and three kids ages 6,4, and 1 and we all just had a pleasant time. Bought a 2015 528i and left the dealership very pleased! Would highly recommend this delearship and Reza as your client advisor!!! You guys exemplify what customer satisfaction means!!! Two thumbs up! God bless u guys!!! More
