When I came in to talk to Brian I saw Randy walking up, I immediately asked him if he could be of any help with my situation, Of course as usual he pitched right in. He understood my situation and my difficulty trying to solve the problem myself. Ryan took my car for a ride explaining that he knew exactly what he would do for the correction. We finished the deal around 10pm an hour after they closed and that is not because they stalled me but because Reza gave me all the time I needed to make my decision! No pressure just smiles and accomodations the whole time! I wasn’t feeling the deal at first but Reza made it work and and made every single minute of my time worthwhile. I came in with my family. Wife and three kids ages 6,4, and 1 and we all just had a pleasant time. Bought a 2015 528i and left the dealership very pleased! My brother had actually spoken with him days prior and told him what I want in a car. As soon as arrived (we came from afar), he let us rest first before he showed us around. He showed the cars that I am interested in and it did not take long for me to choose my car. He is knowledgeable and showed professionalism and pride in his work. At one point, the finance officer noticed I was getting grumpy because I was getting hungry. He was patient with me and expedited the processing of my papers. He explained all the pertinent pieces of information that are easy to understand. He made me feel comfortable and he made sure that I feel fine. His kindness and professionalism made me feel at ease. I am very appreciative of his assistance. We went home very happy with my new car! Thank you all! More

Don’t buy a BMW i3 from them I have a BMW i3 and needed a charge to get back home but the employee had their personal car on the charger for almost 4 hours and it was at 100% hour I have a BMW i3 and needed a charge to get back home but the employee had their personal car on the charger for almost 4 hours and it was at 100% hours ago. He decided to engage me after I told him and to save face he lied about how long it was there? Bottomline is it was very unprofessional the way it was handled and it seemed the employee wanted to let his buddy get his car charged in front of mine. My lease is up in 3 weeks but guess where I won’t be buying my car. More
