My service guy retired and my new guy Miguel Rivas took care of me with lots I been coming here for many years. The quality of service is remarkable. Not bad, but can be better. First of all, I am pleased with the high level of service rendered at the dealership by Robert Behr and Rafeek, the financial guru. In fact, he even recommended us to think over before committing to buy. My son selected a nice car and called him prior to coming to find out if that was available. After getting OK, we went to the dealership and saw a nice sign on the car my son liked, saying "VIP for...my son's name". This was a nice touch - I have never seen something like that done in any BMW or other dealerships. The car was clean, ready to go. A separate thank you to Rafeek Nassief who made this purchase happen. This is a very nice dealership with the employees who care. There is only one concern I want to share - there should be loyalty discounts and professional discounts, such as working for the government, for all types of BMW cars. More

He was able to go to bat for me and keep pushing and pushing until we finally got a solution that worked. Then as far as financing he was able to work with the financing manager Renny (who was also great) in working out a solution that fit my needs. Overall, in an experience that leaves many people uncomfortable or with a bad taste in my mouth, I had one to brag about...would certainly recommend Robert, Renny, and Long Beach BMW to others. More
