I had a terrible experience working with this dealership. I spoke with multiple people in attempt to purchase the same vehicle since I was not physically in Long Beach. I was most hopeful when I spoke with Melony Svang who was kind enough to send me a video of the car details. I told her I already had financing secured through my credit union so she had me send in all of my personal information, social security, drivers license, employment info for processing paperwork. Her and I also discussed how we were working to finish all paperwork before the weekend and that she was "holding both keys" to the car in her hands as we finalize paperwork. She then calls me back after an hour and told me that she handed the keys to someone else to purchase the car and had never processed any of my paperwork! Why would Melony do that?? Needless to say I was furious! She told me her manager Jason Serot was sitting next to her and would call me to help me understand why they would sell a car to someone else while in the middle of transacting with another customer, but Jason never had the decency to answer or return any of my calls. I'm super disappointed in this dealership and really don't appreciate how shady they behaved and how dirty I was treated! HORRIBLE customer service!! More

I was greeted immediately by a kind salesman who was eager to take us on a test drive and answer our questions about the vehicle.
