Horrible Experience I started leasing my I3 in november 2015. i just found out that the dealership was suppose to give me a chargenow card so i can take advantage of free I started leasing my I3 in november 2015. i just found out that the dealership was suppose to give me a chargenow card so i can take advantage of free charging. i had no idea about this program and the sales person never told me about the program. once i found out about the program i had to get the card from the dealership. the salesperso, ben, lied to be for weeks about how he would overnite the card to me. lie and after lie i finally received the card. very disappointing that the company never took responsibility for the error. they did not understand that was money i was losing by not using this program especially with a charge station blocks from my work. these sales people had no idea about the program and how it worked or what was the benefit. i would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Great experience. This is my second BMW from Long Beach BMW. I traded in my old 5 series, which I purchased from them, and was given top dollar. After researching prices from many other sources, I purchased a c I traded in my old 5 series, which I purchased from them, and was given top dollar. After researching prices from many other sources, I purchased a certified 3 series with very low mileage and got a good deal. Peter was my sales person and was straight up with me and treated me well. The service department is first class and have always taken great care of me. Service dept: Todd, Bryan Morgan and James are great. More

Dealing with both service advisers does not make me feel being milked to spend for more servicing.
