Unfortunately, before I was due to pick the car up, it acted up again. James and the service team at Long Beach BMW/Mini were so professional. They gave me a loaner care while they addressed my very strange situation. James kept me informed since the issue took some time to diagnose. I am very pleased with the effort they took to fix the problem. Due to their excellent service and integrity they kept the Mini until they were certain the problem was fixed. I am happy to say, it is running beautifully. They did a lot of work that was completely covered by their service warranty. I would definitely recommend their service department. More
