I went here ( long beach Honda) thinking I had a great deal which I did, but they sold me something I didn't need (GPS) which I was told every dealer was using. I found out it was optional in other dealer deal which I did, but they sold me something I didn't need (GPS) which I was told every dealer was using. I found out it was optional in other dealers. My experience was great, I was greeted as soon as I got off my car. I was shown every vehicle I wanted to check out, sales rep HAYDEN GARCIA was amazing. Very nice guy, extremely transparent when it comes off my car. I was shown every vehicle I wanted to check out, sales rep HAYDEN GARCIA was amazing. Very nice guy, extremely transparent when it comes to answering questions. He took his time to explain every little cool feature about each vehicle and the difference between each and everyone of them. Even before we left the lot with our new car he walked us out and went over every single button in the interior of the vehicle so that we felt comfortable with it. Mind you, it was 11:30pm and this man was sweating and walking back and forth to make sure everything was PERFECT for us. He was extremely patient, he offered water and seating meanwhile we wait for our paperwork to be processed. This is the second time I purchase a vehicle @ Long Beach Honda, the sales reps are amazing, welcoming and patient. I will continue to choose this location and refer family/friends to Hayden so that they experience the highest level of customer service. Also this location is very clean and sanitized that’s mayor PLUS! Abraham de Jesus assisted with paperwork, another amazing person I was honored to meet and close a deal with, very humble, great communication skills and works fast. He also answered all of our questions and was opened to any questions during the signing, anything we were confused about he took his time to kindly explain. More
